Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tirzah Journey, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation email) is required

Return Request Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tirzah Journey is not liable for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or through store credit if requested

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items
